The Return of Products

Ksma brand owned by Shree Krishna Induscosmo Industries Pvt Ltd offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

Please call our customer care no 01140455700 (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Mon – Sat, excluding national/ public holidays) or email us at support@ksma.in  mentioning your Order ID. Please also take a photograph of the product and email us for reference. We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process if the product received by us is unused and undamaged.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

●      Product is used or altered

●      Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

●      Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged

●      Serial Number is tampered with.

●      If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery

●      Free product provided by the brand

Categories not eligible for returns:

All cosmetic Rm, food, and personal care products are not eligible for returns.

The Replacement Conditions

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Policy of Change and Cancellation

You may cancel the order at any time, and in such cases, you can write to our customer support team at support@ksma.in or call us at 01140455700 (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Mon – Sat, excluding national/ public holidays)

In case of prepaid orders being cancelled, your request for a refund shall be processed within 7-8 business days after the cancellation of such orders.

There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.Ksma.in reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, Ksma.in reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you with less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

Replacement Refund Policy

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given. In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Wrong Delivery - (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within seven (7) days from the date of delivery confirmation from us to investigate.

Reviews, Comments, Communications

The content: The visitors might post comments, reviews and other contents along with sending e-cards. They can also submit different ideas, suggestions, questions or any other kinds of information till the time that the content is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening or infringing the rights of intellectual property to the third part. It should not contain software virus, commercial solicitation, political campaigning or mass mailing.
Wrong information: You cannot use false email address or cannot impersonate anyone which can mislead the original or a content or card. In such a case, we reserve the right to edit or remove the content and will not review posted contents regularly.
The Rights: If you submit material or post contents with a different intention, you can grant us and our affiliates a royalty free and non-exclusive perpetual and sub-licensed right to use the material. We can modify, reproduce, publish, adapt and create derivative work throughout the world. You also give Ksma.in and the other affiliate sites the sub license for using the name that you have submitted in connection with the content.
Owning Rights: You can represent all the rights or control the right for the content that you have posted and the content is accurate. You can also use it for supplying but not violating the policy, so that it does not cause any injury to any entity. You will also accept for indemnification of the affiliate for the claims that will result in the supply of the content. The Site has the right to obligate or edit or even remove the activity of the content. It takes no responsibility for liability of any content that you have posted.

Policies of the Site, Modification, and Severability

You should review our other policies, as well. We have the right to make any change in our websites, the terms and conditions and the policies any time. If these conditions are invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason, the condition can be deemed as severable. It will also not create any affect on the validity or enforceability of other conditions.

●      Protected Graphics: The graphics, page headers, logos, icons, and scripts are trademarks of the Site. These trademarks and trade dress might not be used in relation to products and services that are not of the company. All the other trademarks are owned by the company and its affiliate sites. These are the property of different owners. They might not be connected to or affiliated with com.

LIMITED LICENSE

Ksma grants you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access, and make personal and non-commercial use of the Site. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use, are reserved and retained by the Site and its affiliates.

Ksma reserves the right, at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site and to block and prevent your future access the Site.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ksma, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns, its holding, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Ksma or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under the Terms of Use, or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of the Terms of Use.

The Law and Jurisdiction

The above mentioned terms and conditions will be in use in accordance with the Indian laws. If there are matters of disputed from it related to the terms and conditions of the website, the competent Courts at Delhi will have the complete jurisdiction for the matter and all the other courts will be excluded.

Disclaimer of warranties and Limitation of Liability

The complete Site is provided by Ksma.in on the basis of as is and as available. The company does not represent or warrant any kind of operations. It also does not express or implies the information on the Site or the operation along with the additional materials, contents or products that are part of this Site. It is you as a customer who agrees that the use of this Site is solely at your own risk.

As applicable by law, Ksma.in disclaims all the warranties to the full extent. It also disclaims the expression or implication that are not limited to but implied with the warrantees of merchantability as well as fitness. These conditions are stated for a special purpose. The Site also does not warrant that the total Site, the servers, the emails sent are completely free of any harmful components or viruses.
